ADeAPTIVE is a transnational project aiming at improving and implementing innovate learning ecosystems where:
Students will find a student-centred learning paradigm thanks to adaptive online learning applications
Professors will have at disposal easy-to-use online platform with automatic evaluation systems which will make teaching more efficient
ADeAPTIVE focuses on three main paradigms that focus on increasing e-Learning effectiveness and satisfaction to the users. The first one uses technology to increase students ‘motivation by gamification techniques. The second and third techniques fight against the problems caused by the use of technology instead of traditional learning strategies. The second objective is oriented to fit software requirements and users´ digital skills. The third methodology looks for an approximation of e-learning and traditional teaching techniques where education is in close and constant interaction with students. If we can find effective solutions for three issues, we would have found a methodology that takes advantage of learning with new technologies (by applying highly motivation techniques) instead of having a problem with the use of technology.
Moreover, ADeAPTIVE will also create a series of conferences to disseminate the advantages of e-learning with adaptive techniques, gamification, and automatic evaluation. Higher Educational Stakeholders and policy-makers will get in contact with these technologies to get to know the necessary requirements to implement them from a technical but also from a policy point of view. For the implementation of this project relevant and complementary partners with different abilities have been reunited in order to innovate for a Europe in need of a long-life learning education system is required for both European and incoming migrants, personalized e-learning solutions are a great tool to overcome the threats and challenges of the upcoming years.

EUROPEAN UNIVERSITY COLLEGE ASSOCIATION
The European university college Association was founded in 2008 to bring together and represent University Colleges and network of Colleges in Europe.
The aim was to exchange experiences and best practices, facilitating the students with new international opportunities.
From our founding partners, Italy, Poland, UK and Spain, the Association has gradually enlarged to 12 countries and represents today the excellence of the European University Colleges, becoming a landmark for the 'Student Affairs and Services’ in Europe.
Based in Brussels, EucA’s ambition is to enrich the academic and professional development for students through non formal and informal activities in the fields of employability, soft skills, international mobility and responsible citizenship.
Thanks to its membership in leading professional associations of Student Affairs and Services as NASPA, EucA offers also services to Colleges’ Directors and Professionals.
Thus they are facilitated in the delivering of the desired learning outcomes for the students through a support in internationalization, best practices sharing, and professional development.

1st Transnational Project Meeting
Workshop 13.11-15.11.2017, Universidad Autónoma de Madrid, Spain
Purpose of the meeting: the project coordinator and partners will discuss the tools already existing and the needs to solve in the project. During the 1st semestre, all partners will work on the implementation of the initial e-learning platform provided by UAM and on the materials to use on the first round of pilot test. The initial version of the e-learning platform is already designed and thus all works will aim to ensure its proper implementation in the trial centres (thus it will not constitute an IO by itself). However, the course materials will correspond to one of the intellectual outputs (IO5). A risk strategy is implemented to minimize all risk in the development of the e-learning application (modular packages). Moreover, all partners will also star working on the rest of the IOs.
2nd Transnational Project Meeting
Building a clear vision of the project, its aims, partners’ roles, inputs and possibilities for enhancing collaboration towards successful results.
Workshop 13.06-15.06.2018, Jyväskylä, Finland
Purpose of the meeting: partners will meet again before the star of the term to discuss potential issues with the platform implementation and the preliminary round of trials. During the 2nd semester, all trial centres will have a running e-learning platform and the first courses will star to be used by students, etc. A risk analysis is designed to minimize any potential risk for professors or students using this platform. Partners will work intensively now into the techniques which they will test during the 2nd year of the project (adaptability, gamification, evaluation, etc). Each partner will lead its WP and the task related to the IOs in charge but they will each other and will collaborate extensively.
3rd Transnational Project Meeting
Cooperation for Innovation and the Exchange of Good Practices
Workshop 21.11-23.11.2018, EucA - European university college Association, Brussels
Purpose of the meeting: partners met again to discuss potential issues with the platform implementation, see the first prototype, the preliminary round of transnational pilot experiences, and the e-learning modules.
4th Transnational Project Meeting
